Welcome to the South Shore Community web site. We have 67 homeowners in our HOA. This site will provide a single place where South Shore residents can find news and information or discuss issues about the community.  Check the "Community News" tab for the latest communications from the Association.

Under the "Documents" tab you will find the Architectural and Landscape applications for improvements you wish to make to your property, have paint/stain colors approved before commencing work, or any changes to the outside area of your property.  This tab also contains Board of Trustee minutes and newsletters.
